MEREDITH WICK

Meredith Wick has been affiliated with the Los Feliz office of Sotheby's International Realty, formerly DBL Realtors, since 2000.  She is highly regarded by her colleagues within Sotheby’s and the surrounding local agencies. Her business is primarily based on referral, and her many happy clients can attest to her abilities.

After receiving her BS in Marketing through the College of Commerce at the University of Illinois, Meredith then decided to pursue her minor in Film by moving to Los Angeles. Many years in the industry helped hone Meredith's skills at interacting with a wide array of personalities. It wasn't until she purchased her first home in Silver Lake that Meredith thought of real estate as a career. She was hooked by the deal.

More so than the deal, she was able to apply her extraordinary people skills, creativity and business background to the ever changing, ever exciting arena of real estate. She prides herself on the longstanding relationships she has nurtured.

Having lived as a renter, homeowner and landlord (young hipster, newlywed and now mother of 4, including the dog) in Silver Lake, her heart is in the neighborhood. She is most happy to share information regarding restaurants, yoga studios, hiking trails, dog parks, activities for kids and more. Discovering the right neighborhood in addition to the perfect house is a priority and one she enjoys immensely.

Meredith specializes in the eastern part of Los Angeles County, including Los Feliz, Silver Lake, Echo Park, Atwater Village, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Glassell Park, Mount Washington and the surrounding environs.
